Thanks to everyone who joined us for the 2015 BCA Bootcamp. Thanks to our BCA Members, 20 under served children received brand new bikes, what an incredibly moving act of generosity!
Thank you to Team Builders Plus for facilitating a great day of programming. From “Engaging The Workforce” to the “Wheels of the World” we hope you not only enjoyed the activities, but got to learn first hand about the great work of one your fellow BCA Members.

Thanks to Geoff Passehl and Northwestern Mutual for hosting our Roundtable yesterday. The topic of “Start with why why.. exploring how leaders can inspire cooperation, trust and change within their organization” was very informative and engaging. Some take aways were as follows…

- Passion drives they Why.. communicate your passion to your constituents.
- They why is in the inspiration
- Surround yourself with the smartest people in the business
- People are far less sensitive to price when value is being delivered.

We encourage you to plan ahead, book a 1:1 or get together privately with a small group. There are several specialty breakout rooms available, including the Czarstar Security Helix, Today’s Systems Propel, or All-In-One Zulu. Space is limited and is on a first come first serve basis.

- Your name and company name
- Who you are meeting with
- Number of People
- Start and End time
What is a Breakout Room?
We are fortunate to host the Gibbons March Madness Event at The Hub Cira Centre. Its amazingly versatile location not only affords the space for the event itself, but also provides private breakout meeting rooms that can be utilized during the event.
As an exclusive BCA member, you have access to reserve one of these breakout rooms during the event. The rooms can be reserved for private meetings or any business purpose you may need. If you need assistance with taking full advantage of these breakout rooms, please contact Mary Pat, email@example.com.

Thanks to Vince Stango and the National Constitution Center for hosting the BCA Roundtable yesterday. The topic of “Leading in times of Change” was very interesting and engaging. Thanks to all the BCA Members who attended and shared their top Leadership tips. Some of those tips included:
- Stay true to your strategic plan
- Take a moment and “step back” and recognize your accomplishments
- Change is inevitable, Keep working at it- It is hard in the beginning, but you begin to see the Results
- Communication, internal, external is critical during change
