ProShred Security security hosted their first ever BCA Roundtable on Wednesday and it went great! The discussion centered around the best way to hire and retain talent for the long run. Many members agreed that acknowledging accomplishments and treating employees the way you want to be treated is very impactful. Smaller, but more personal things affect morale too, such as hand written thank you notes, and eating together as a team. Thank you to Ginny and Jim, and all the amazing BCA members for your contribution.
We love hearing about all the wonderful things BCA members do together. We also love spotting them in the Style Section of the Philadelphia Inquirer. Way to go Brian Lipstein, of Henry A. Davidsen, what a good write-up. Marc Franzoni of Commonwealth Agency, has been discovered as a menswear model donning Henry A. Davidsen and the most fashionable men’s accessory of the season. Along with his fellow BCA members David Neff, Neff Associates and Michael Howard, American Executive Centers. Looking fabulous guys! CLICK HERE to view the full article.
