“The SoldierStrong SoldierSuit is actually several state-of-the-art rehabilitation technologies that address a variety of combat-related disabilities. We partner with some of the country’s most advanced medical technology firms to make their products accessible to our returning veterans. Used together or on their own, the SoldierSuit components help their recipients live fulfilling, empowered lives long after their service to our country is over. SoldierStrong is constantly partnering with new firms to tackle new ailments and expand SoldierSuit’s ability to transform lives. Through our efforts, SoldierStrong not only helps those who most deserve it, but also creates additional benefits for the entire country. Our partners don’t just change lives; they create jobs and strengthen their communities. With the support of SoldierStrong and similar organizations, our partners continue to push the possibilities of technology forward and keep the United States at the cutting edge.”

On behalf our fellow BCA members and new Philadelphia Soul owners Stewart Anmuth and Phil Jaurigue we are excited to share this Advantage Program exclusively for BCA members!
We love the package and hope to see all the members out at the games in 2016 and at the KTB pre-game corporate tailgate!
Thank you for sharing your morning with us. We hope you had a great time and that Herm Edwards left you feeling inspired. Herm shared with us some really great leadership advice but one that rings true with the BCA Family is this; “If you hope to lead, you must learn to serve. You have an obligation to help people succeed.” Click here to view Herm’s Leadership Presentation

On January 29, 2016, Jack MacCord, President of HDI Associates was announced as our VIP Member. Jack has been #BCAProud since 2013, and his company, HDI Associates, exclusively represents the Residential Construction category.
Jack and his team have been such a welcomed addition to our BCA Family. As with any new member, its takes some time to get to know everyone and find your “place” within our family. Jack was able to do that with ease and had no problem settling right in by establishing some strong relationships right out of the gate. He Read the rest of this entry »
There was a great discussion at the CertaPro Painters of the Main Line Roundtable on Wednesday. The topic was going from “GOOD to GREAT”. Members had personal experiences and suggestions they shared including the importance of Company Culture, removing toxic employees, and rewarding the valued employees. Also discussed was the NPS (Net Promoter Score), a survey system used to evaluate overall customer satisfaction of your company.

BCA welcomes the SoldierStrong organization to our January Sabre Systems Launch Party and Hospitality Breakfast. We’re so #BCAProud and honored to have them as our guests and recognize all the amazing work they’re doing for our U.S. Military veterans. Their groundbreaking work includes the use and education about their SoldierSuit, a cutting edge technology used to help rehabilitate Military men and woman injured in the line of duty.
A big thank you goes to the Haefele Flanagan team for hosting last week’s BCA Roundtable. The topic, Business Exit Planning, created some very informative and eye opening conversations. The group agreed that it is never too soon to start your exit planning and that it can easily take up to three years to successfully execute a plan. The discussion surrounded taking an outside look to value your company, as well as having a long term plan and never be afraid to Ask for Help! Thank you to Jim Rogers and David Gill for their hospitality and the excellent conversation topic.

Nearly every dollar SoldierStrong receives goes towards direct support of American patriots so that they can re-acclimate to civilian life. Our organization works to remind those men and women who sacrificed so much that we are forever thankful.
