My team and I would like to recognize the professionalism and workmanship of the owners and team members of CertaPro of the Main Line. Chris Druquer and Andrea Fanfera have been a wonderful addition to the preferred vendor services our clients experience when buying and selling. Personally, they have painted two of our offices now, as we continue to grow and expand into larger offices. CertaPro worked on a weekend, without request, to complete our new office space as to not disrupt our daily business. The neatest part has been our white board wall; if you don’t have one, you need one!! They are just the greatest things when running a meeting – no more paper easels needed. Huge #ShoutOut and thank you to Chris, Andrea and the entire team at CertaPro of the Main Line.

Today’s Systems would like to give a BCA Shout-out to Brandon Steiger and his team at Synergema. As an office furniture dealership, Today’s Systems called upon Synergema to assist us in updating our website and online presence. As website development strategists, Synergema walked us through the entire updating process. They ensured that our requirements were accurately represented on our new site. Brandon always made himself available when we had questions and used clear language to educate us on current digital strategies. As a company that prides itself on customer service and expertise, Brandon was a perfect fit for us. We were very happy to find Brandon with our same business values and commitment to excellence. We officially invite all members to share their story.  On June 23rd, we launched a new segment of our blog called Member-to-Member Shout Out. The idea came directly from Paul Becker, DDP Roofing (thanks Paul).  We absolutely love the suggestion, it couldn’t be more BCA, so thanks Paul.

The Member-to-Member Shout Out allows BCA members to make a public statement of appreciation, recognition or gratitude. You can share a story or experience you had with a fellow member, generally share what you’ve gotten to know about a fellow member or spotlight an incredible fact or quality you’ve learned. A few months ago, we decided to remodel our corporate location and to update all of our offices. I knew several office furniture suppliers who happened to be clients of DDP. However, I was new to BCA and decided to call Sam Stroback at Today’s Systems. Sam personally came out and met with our team. He listened to what we wanted and needed, asked several important questions, made a few recommendations, and then went to work on a plan. We scheduled a follow up meeting at Today’s Systems showroom, viewed the layout/ plan and products, and reviewed the detailed quote. Sam and his assistant were very precise and clear. We signed a contract and Sam processed the order.

About a month later, Sam’s team delivered the furniture and began the installation. Sam personally came out and supervised the three day job. Sam then scheduled a follow up visit to make sure everything was 100% to our satisfaction. Nothing was a surprise and everything went very smooth.
