We’re in the age of disruption. Today’s business climate is changing at an unprecedented rate. Every week, it seems there is a new strategy, social media site or technology that is a “must use” or a “game changer”. What we lose in this endless quest for the next bright shiny business object is that at the core of business while everything has changed, nothing is different.

You’ve Never Seen Anything Like David Garibaldi; BCA Breakfast In The Evening #BCAProud @GaribaldiArts
BCA is very excited to announce David Garibaldi as our November 19th, Breakfast In The Evening guest speaker. David is more than a speaker, he is a performing and visual artist who tells his story of transformation through dance, painting and monologue.
Artists transform an empty canvas into a work of art through their skill, experience, inspiration and senses. David Garibaldi’s life and transition into a world-renowned performance painter is no different. The culture and color of graffiti art served as an early inspiration for Garibaldi. Born in Los Angles, he later moved as a youth to South Sacramento. It was here that he learned to enjoy the use of his hands and body through art on “larger and somewhat illegal canvases” by painting graffiti as an angst teen. Graffiti artist and high school dropout, he was living day-by-day. The only constants in his life were music and art. Read the rest of this entry »
BCA is excited to announce our October guest Speaker! Rory Vaden was highly recommended to BCA by our friends at UnitedHealthcare, and after learning more about him, we agree he is a great fit. Rory’s platform is based on self discipline and Taking the Stairs, as opposed to always going the easy route. Rory talks about the keys to be successful in a very fast-paced and shortcut driven society. Rory is currently a #1 Best Selling Author, and a New York Times Best Selling Author for his book; Take the Stairs.
No matter how you define success, it requires one thing: self-discipline. But as popular speaker, author, and strategist Rory Vaden explains, we live in an “escalator world” one that’s filled with “short cuts,” “quick fixes,” and distractions that make it all too easy to slide into procrastination, compromise, and mediocrity. What seems like an easier path is really much harder in the end…and, it won’t take you where you want to go. How do successful people achieve their results? We will learn more when meet Rory Vaden at our October Speaker Reception and Hospitality Breakfast on October 1st and 2nd.
